Usage
--------


The grouper has to be used in order to determine the tariff of a patient case.
 Cases grouping into the special group "NO.ambP" are reimbursed by the single service tariff (TARDOC and other tariffs).
 All other groups are reimbursed by outpatient flat rates. The grouper can also be used during the process of case definition in order to infer the capitulum of a temporary patient case.

 Note: Duplicate codes in services / LKAAT (identified by code and side) are summed up (number is summed up) before grouping but the original codes are restored after grouping.
